The family of Warren Beaudry Jr., a Baltimore bakery truck driver injured in a recent United Airlines plane crash in New Jersey, is demanding a thorough investigation into the incident. Beaudry Jr., 39, suffered blunt force trauma when the plane collided with his truck on the New Jersey Turnpike as it approached Newark Liberty International Airport. His father, William Beaudry Sr., described the fear his son experienced during the crash, recalling that Beaudry Jr. ducked upon seeing a flash just before the collision.
J. Windall Gordon, the family’s attorney, emphasized the need to ascertain the causes of the accident, questioning whether it was due to pilot error, mechanical failure, weather conditions, or issues related to air traffic control. Both the National Transportation Safety Board and H&S Bakery, the company employing Beaudry Jr., are investigating the incident. United Airlines has expressed a willingness to communicate with Beaudry Jr. and his attorney as the investigation unfolds.
