Amid the chaos, a couple welcomed their baby, Kayla Thompson unexpectedly giving birth in their RV. The baby girl was later airlifted for medical care. Meanwhile, tragedy struck when a male attendee was found dead on Saturday, sparking an investigation by the Pershing County Sheriff’s Office. Authorities are seeking information but no suspect has been identified.
The festival has faced scrutiny, with mixed reactions about its evolution. In past years, at least one attendee has died each event, raising concerns about safety at this iconic gathering known for creativity and community.
