Volvo has launched its new midsize electric SUV, the 2027 EX60, priced starting at $58,400, significantly cheaper than the larger EX90 and comparable to other premium electric SUVs like the BMW iX3, which starts at $61,500.
The EX60 offers various models, with the base P6 Plus achieving up to 307 miles of range, while the P10 AWD reaches 322 miles. A more advanced P12 model, set to launch later, promises up to 400 miles of range. For leasing, the EX60 is available for $599 per month for 36 months with a $6,409 down payment, making it competitive against the BMW iX3 and Tesla Model Y.
The EX60’s lower purchasing cost and favorable leasing options make it appealing, and test drives will begin later this summer. The current lease offer ends June 30, 2026.
