The footage showed Santos putting fries in her mouth before serving them to a former girlfriend, a 19-year-old woman, who confirmed the incident and stated they had a tumultuous relationship. Despite the ex-girlfriend’s protests not to press charges, she encouraged police action. The McDonald’s owners, concerned about food safety, identified Santos as a key staff member held to high standards and are cooperating with authorities. They stated no public health violations were found and issued a trespass order against Santos.
