PokePark Kanto, opening February 5th at Tokyo’s Yomiuriland amusement park, is the world’s first permanent outdoor Pokémon facility, featuring life-sized Pokémon and numerous hidden secrets. Fans can interact with realistic Pokémon in various themed areas, starting from Professor Oak’s Laboratory, where they can encounter iconic starters from the original games.
Visitors will explore habitats hosting beloved Pokémon like Pikachu and Eevee, as well as various terrains inhabited by ground, rock, and dark-type Pokémon. The journey leads to Sedgetown, which includes attractions like a gym, Pokémon Center, and Pokémon Mart, alongside two rides: “VeeVee Voyage” and “Shiny Paradise Spinner.”
The park offers vibrant scenes where visitors can take photos and witness Pokémon in action, such as battles and playful interactions, creating a rich, immersive experience. With dynamically priced tickets ranging from ¥4,700 to ¥16,500, PokePark Kanto promises an adventure for both dedicated trainers and casual fans alike.
