The National Weather Service forecasts 1 to 2 inches of rain statewide, peaking before Halloween festivities on Friday night. Heavy rainfall could cause flooding, particularly in urban areas, while coastal flooding is also a risk during high tides.
Temperatures are expected to stabilize in the mid to upper 50s during the day and fall into the 40s at night. While Monday and Tuesday will remain dry with mild temperatures, significant weather impacts are anticipated on Thursday, including strong winds and coastal rainfall.
As the weekend approaches, conditions should mostly stay dry with temperatures in the mid to upper 50s, but rain may return later on Sunday as another weather system approaches.
