What Goes Around Comes Around will host an exclusive pop-up at Hotel Jerome, Aspen, from July 25 to August 2, coinciding with Art Week. The event will showcase rare items such as limited edition Hermès bags and a Louis Vuitton trunk by Marc Jacobs, priced at $135,000. Co-founder Seth Weisser emphasized the importance of a luxury experience, aligning with the hotel’s standards.
The partnership allows collectors to view pieces akin to the art featured at local fairs. With increasing collaborations in travel and leisure, this residency offers a chance to access a unique market in Aspen, attracting high-profile customers.
The 1,000-square-foot pop-up at the Aspen Times Building will feature a luxe environment, including a VIP salon. Vice President Gerald Maione noted a curated experience akin to their permanent stores. The collection will include prestigious brands like Chanel and Gucci, with a focus on iconic bags and vintage offerings.
Despite a legal challenge from Chanel, Weisser confirmed they can continue selling Chanel products. The pop-up is expected to capitalize on the demand for luxury second-hand goods, with items priced from $350 for vintage T-shirts to $250,000 for rare Birkins. Weisser expressed confidence in business growth in this sector.
