Park Hyatt, Hyatt’s luxury brand, is entering the all-inclusive market with the upcoming opening of the Park Hyatt Riviera Maya in Mexico on February 15, 2027. Located near Cancun, this beachfront resort will offer around 150 spacious, well-designed rooms and suites with luxury amenities, including some with private plunge pools. Dining options will feature an all-day buffet, a seafood restaurant, a steakhouse, and a pool bar.
The all-inclusive model aims to provide luxury without the stresses of frequent charges for food and drinks. Hyatt is positioning this new resort to meet high expectations for quality service and dining, combining the sophistication of Park Hyatt with the convenience of all-inclusive stays. Reservations are currently being accepted, starting at approximately $1,500 per night for two guests, with award nights priced from 45,000 to 85,000 points.
