A shooting incident in Sandy, Ore., on Sunday night has resulted in multiple fatalities and injuries, including a police officer. The suspect, Brian Andrew Moore, born in 1987, has been charged with the murders of Jenna Mary Overson, Mary Beth Overson, and Cobin McClure. He also faces charges for injuring Officer Thornton and kidnapping two individuals as potential shields. The motive and relationships among the victims remain unclear.
