The St. Regis brand is set to open its second resort in the Cancun area, the St. Regis Costa Mujeres Cancun, on June 25, 2026, after delays from its initial 2025 schedule. Located 20 minutes north of Cancun, the resort spans 3.5 hectares along Costa Mujeres Beach and features 160 rooms, suites, and 80 branded residences.
Amenities include multiple pools, a full-service spa, gym, kids’ club, and various dining options such as an all-day Mexican restaurant, Caribbean and seafood restaurants, and an Asian fusion eatery.
Room rates start at approximately $660 per night, excluding taxes and fees, with peak season prices reaching nearly $1,000. For those using Marriott points, nightly rates begin at 104,000 to 126,000 points with a 5th night free offer. The resort promises a non-all-inclusive luxury experience in the Cancun area, adding to the growing trend of upscale accommodations beyond Mayakoba.
