Nebraska’s Ally Skazeko led the team with 12 kills, while setter Bergen Riley contributed 36 assists, demonstrating excellent teamwork. Senior middle blocker Rebeka Arik also shone, recording 11 kills and five blocks. Nebraska coach Dani Busboom Kelly praised her players for their high energy and communication, highlighting their strong defensive efforts, including nine blocks and only one ace allowed.
Despite a strong outside hitter performance from Stanford’s Elia Rubin, the Cardinal struggled to maintain rhythm. Stanford coach Kevin Humbley acknowledged that they failed to apply enough offensive pressure on Nebraska.
