The Celebrity Beyond has completed necessary repairs to her propulsion system and is set for a 7-night Western Caribbean cruise, departing July 27, 2025, from Miami. Following emergency repairs, the ship has tested its systems at sea, and while some itinerary adjustments are in place for a slower travel speed, all scheduled ports will still be visited—though dates and times have changed.
The revised itinerary includes:
- July 27: Departure from Miami
- July 28: Perfect Day at CocoCay
- July 29: Sea Day
- July 30: Falmouth, Jamaica (9 AM – 4 PM, previously Cozumel)
- July 31: Grand Cayman, Georgetown (7 AM – 3:30 PM, previously 10 AM – 6 PM)
- August 1: Cozumel, Mexico (11 AM – 7:30 PM, previously Jamaica)
- August 2-3: Arrival back in Miami
Though engine issues on cruise ships are not uncommon, the notification affirms that navigation and safety systems remain intact, and all onboard services will operate normally. While guests may be disappointed by itinerary changes, these adjustments prevent the need for complete trip cancellations. There are currently no anticipated issues for future sailings beyond the July 27 departure.
Celebrity Beyond is a modern Edge Class ship that can accommodate 3,260 guests, offering Caribbean itineraries throughout the year.
