The July 4th Golf Cart Parade returned to Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground in 2025, starting at 4 PM from the Hitch-Anich area and ending at the Meadow Trading Post. Participants showcased patriotically decorated golf carts, which required advance registration. The parade featured Fort Wilderness cast members, horses, and various themed carts, including those with inflatable pool floats, balloons, and flags. Decorations ranged from “sweet freedom” themes with candy and ice cream motifs to Hawaiian Christmas in July cart designs.
Guests often dressed to match their carts, with some celebrating Disney characters or referencing the resort itself. Carts highlighted attractions like the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue and included interactive elements, such as a military tank cart that sprayed water. Additionally, the resort hosts a Halloween-themed golf cart parade and offers special fireworks at Magic Kingdom on July 4th. For updates on Disney Parks, follow WDW News on social media.
