Universal Orlando is surveying Annual Passholders (UOAP) about three potential options for incorporating access to the new Epic Universe. Importantly, these are just survey concepts with no confirmed plans yet.
Concept 1: Discounted 3-Year Pass
This option offers a three-year annual pass that includes access to Epic Universe, priced lower than annual renewals. Reservations are needed for visits, with applicable blackouts and availability restrictions.
Concept 2: Annual Pass Upgrade
This involves upgrading an existing pass to include Epic Universe access. A multi-step reservation process is required, with the same blackout and capacity restrictions in place. Changes to reservations are not allowed, only cancellations and rebookings.
Concept 3: “Pick 3” Ticket Bundle
This option allows passholders to purchase a bundle for visits on three non-consecutive days within a three-month window, requiring reservations for each day.
The survey also solicits feedback on passholder engagement ideas, such as Express Passes and exclusive park hours. Universal encourages opinions through social media while clarifying these options may apply to the overall resort experience, not just Epic Universe.
