Federal Aviation officials identified two more victims from the small Cessna jet crash into Tierra Santa’s home, which occurred on Thursday. All passengers, including the co-founder of Sound Talent Group, Dave Shapiro, and employees Emma Hooke and Kendall Fortner, were killed in the incident. Shapiro, a licensed pilot who co-founded the agency in 2018, was known for his talent recognition skills in the music industry, representing bands like Hanson and Pierce The Veil.
Fortner, who graduated from San Diego State University in 2021, was described as fiercely independent with a love for music spanning various genres. Hark, a 2022 University of Oregon graduate, worked as a reservation associate and was passionate about attending live concerts, especially those featuring Taylor Swift. Both are remembered for their vibrant personalities and love for music.
The band The Devil Wears Prada also mourned the loss of their former drummer, Daniel Williams, who was on the plane with Shapiro. The tragedy has deeply affected the music community, highlighting the personal stories of those lost.
