This weekend, several events in Washington, D.C. will honor veterans for Memorial Day, with a significant focus on the “Rolling to Remember” motorcycle ride, beginning at the Pentagon. The event aims to raise awareness about American POWs and the mental health crisis affecting veterans.
Road closures are set for Sunday, May 25th, from 9:30 AM to 5 PM, affecting numerous streets around the event. Emergency parking restrictions will also be in place during that timeframe.
The National Memorial Day Parade will take place on Monday, May 26th, at 2 PM, with additional road closures from 8 AM to 5 PM and further restrictions from noon to 5 PM.
Attendees are advised to plan accordingly due to the extensive street closures and emergency parking regulations in effect throughout the weekend.
