Jackson Chourio made a name for himself last year during the MLB Spring Breakout, leading to a successful “20-20” rookie season. This year’s event, Spring Breakout 2025, will take place from March 13-16 at Grapefruit and Cactus League stadiums, featuring teams of top prospects from each MLB organization. The Milwaukee Brewers are set to play their final game against the Reds on March 16 at 6:40 PM in Phoenix.
Prominent Brewers prospects participating include 17-year-old shortstop Jesus Made, ranked No. 2 in the organization and No. 55 overall, and 20-year-old shortstop Cooper Pratt, No. 56 overall. Other prospects on the roster include 18-year-old outfielder Braylon Payne and 22-year-old infielder Brock Wilken. Pitching prospects to watch include Jacob Misiorowski, expected to start, and 18-year-old Blythe Meccage, making his professional debut.
Notably, some top prospects like catcher Jeferson Quero and infielder Mike Bove are absent due to ongoing recovery from surgeries. Despite the missing players, 14 of the Brewers’ top 20 prospects will participate in the event, showcasing the team’s promising future talent.
