Approximately 60 families living at the motel, which serves as a weekly residence for many, faced this upheaval, struggling to transport their belongings. Residents reported poor living conditions, including mold, pests, and garbage accumulation. Legal services also gathered information for potential action against the property owner, ROR Orlando I-Drive LLC, as the community rallied to support those impacted.
