Florida returned to the rankings, while Alabama plunged to 21st after a loss. Florida State made a notable rise from outside the rankings to 14th. Utah joined the list at 25, having won impressively against UCLA.
Other significant shifts included LSU’s six-spot rise after defeating Clemson and Miami’s jump following their win over Notre Dame. The SEC continues to dominate with ten ranked teams, while the Big Ten and ACC followed with six and four, respectively.
