Mike Quinn, Vice President and General Manager, on the Peak Northwest Podcast. This coaster, set to complement existing alpine slides, features a unique dual-purpose design that combines thrills with educational elements about the surrounding environment during the ride’s ascent. The experience will start with a slower, informative journey followed by an exhilarating descent. The mountain coaster is expected to be approved and installed within the next two years, marking a natural evolution from the traditional alpine slides. Hood Skibowl’s summer adventure park also offers popular hiking trails and other activities.
